Photographic style & approach

We apply the techniques of formal architectural photography to ensure our images look as natural

as possible. This includes the blending of multiple images to ensure those stunning views

blend seamlessly with the bright and airy feel of the room.

Locations served include areas within ~ 30 minutes of Boone, NC. Additional travel charge

may be applicable for areas outside radius.

Daytime Photography - 48 hour turnaround:

We tell the complete story of the property through our images. With an emphasis on a

smooth visual flow, we utilize a variety of camera angles to provide a clear contextual understanding

of the property.  Average # of images is 25-50 depending on sq. footage. Appointments take between one and two hours.

< 2000 sq. ft. - $275

2001-3000 - $325

3001-4000 - $375

4001-5000 - $425

5001 - 6,000 - $475

Aerial Images (Drone) 

We are an FAA & North Carolina commercially licensed operator.  5-10 drone images 

Add-on to a daytime session - $50

Just drone images - $200

Twilight Photography - 48 hour turnaround:

These marquee images show off the property’s most significant selling points during the most

beautiful time of day. Specific angles will be discussed prior to the shoot and typically include

exterior lighting, city/mountain views, etc. The number of shots depends on a variety of factors

including uniqueness of views, level of difficulty, and timing.

Add-on to a daytime session - $175

Just Twilight Images - $275

Go Back Out - If additional exterior images are needed for change in season/atmospheric conditions

5-7 images - $50 (30 minute appointment)

Agent/Owner Branded Virtual Tour - $30/property (One time setup fee of $50 per agent)

Video - 5 day turnaround:

With dynamic motion shots, we tell a concise visual narrative of your property. All major rooms

are covered including material detail images to convey the essence of the property. Exterior

coverage includes aerial footage to give neighborhood/environmental context.

Highlight video package 1.5 - 3 minutes - Starting at $500
